Spacious and clean room. Comfy bed. AC did not seem to be working (late October). Efficient service out front. Decent English proficiency. The decor feels a bit tired, and the breakfast buffet is really nothing to write home about for a supposedly four-star hotel.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to in Italy. Breakfast is extremely poor, unhappy staff, most of them look really miserable. No AMBIANCE at all. Gym and location are nice. Good parking also. But not worth the money

⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Stayed at Casali Home Hotel in Cesena. The hotel, while a bit old, is impeccably maintained. The gym facilities were impressive, and the restaurant served delightful meals. Great hotel, the people who work there are so so so nice! The breakfast was good, the spa was nice and it was very close to the centre. It was quiet, so we slept good (and we are bad sleepers). We stayed here (because of a bad car accident we had nearby) for 5 nights to recover before we could fly home. We want to thank the staff for helping us. They really made us smile again!

Very nice hotel with amazing employees! The hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean and nice styled! But the biggest plus: all employees are friendly and helpful! It is nice to stay hear and its some kind of coming home! THANKS
